Job Summary

At Bertera Subaru of West Springfield, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while their vehicles are being serviced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers who are having their vehicles serviced, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist with vehicle transportation and parking, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Environmental and Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weights up to 40 pounds, and exert a force up to a maximum of 40 pounds.
