Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Service Porter at Bertera Subaru of West Springfield, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are having their vehicles serviced. This is a fast-paced position in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers
* Assist customers with their vehicles
* Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Must be at least 21 years old

Environmental and Physical Requirements:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 40 pounds
* A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required
