Emergency Response Case Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for handling escalated customer issues and assisting customers in resolving complaints.
They will assist customers in multiple phases of the case management process, including enrollment, awarding of benefits and services, and addressing various needs such as education, vocational training, medical care, child care, transportation, substance abuse and mental health, child support establishment, legal services, and other related needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve in a senior capacity to coordinate and direct the work of lower-level staff, mentor and advise them, and handle complex or escalated issues
- Assist customers in resolving complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and customer support
