Case Management Supervisor

The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of case management staff, ensuring that contractual obligations are met, and identifying areas for quality improvement. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate case management staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards and project goals.
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of case management services.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to resolve performance issues and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Wage & Hour regulations.
- Participate in the development of work schedules and assign duties to staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in case management, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
