Job Description

TULK LLC, a leading boutique consulting firm providing technology and management consulting services to the US Federal Government, seeks a highly skilled AI Modeling and Technical Advisory Specialist to join our team.

We offer an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, flexible work schedules, cash bonuses, access to technology, tuition reimbursement, 401k, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform gap analysis and methodologies to assess the implications of AI and machine learning in defense and security applications.
  • Assist in creating and leading Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Design of Experiments (DoE), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
  • Provide technical advisory support for identifying capability gaps, tools, technologies, and agile methods in AI R&D, particularly verification of AI models.
  • Analyze and automate existing systems, reviewing cloud service capabilities and workflow for enhancements.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure AI model assurance.
  • Collaborate with leaders, scientists, engineers, and contractors for advancing corporate AI strategies centered around Verified-AI (IV&V) and eXplainable AI (XAI).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship and Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent senior-level experience as an MS&A Engineer.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI Assurance, T&E or V&V-As-a-Service, and XAI.
  • Proficiency in computer programming languages such as Python, C++, Matlab, R, Java.
  • Understanding of IV&V and the T&E status quo for AI models.
