Compliance and Maintenance: Ensure adherence to local regulations regarding product handling and maintain the store's cleanliness and organization. Request repairs as necessary in the absence of management.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and complete required certifications. Stay updated on industry practices and company policies.

Communication: Act as a communication bridge between management and team members, relaying tasks and reporting any issues or customer complaints to management.
