Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casualty Prevention Officer to join our team at Renaissance Hotels. As a key member of our Loss Prevention and Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
  • Respond to accidents, administer first aid, and contact emergency services as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and provide support and guidance as required
  • Notify management and other relevant personnel in the event of security incidents or accidents
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations
