Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting a Resident Care Partner to join our care team. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care and support, engaging in activities that stimulate the mind and body, and building relationships with our residents and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to work with older adults, be patient and empathetic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a care-giving capacity would be beneficial. We also require a satisfactory background check and a negative drug screen prior to hiring.
