The Construction Operations Manager will collaborate with diverse teams within the organization to facilitate the installation of various facilities, including tank batteries, pipelines, and compressors.

Utilizes both fundamental and advanced skills to execute routine and complex tasks using industry-specific tools and equipment.

Possesses a solid understanding of technical concepts, practices, and procedures, along with knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the oil and gas sector.


Communicates effectively across multiple departments to achieve team objectives, working closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Engineers, and EHS personnel.

Conducts site evaluations and identifies opportunities for process enhancements.

Identifies challenges and recommends solutions to management to optimize costs and enhance productivity.

Directs third-party contractors on-site to ensure the completion of essential job functions.

Assists in the assessment and selection of qualified contractors for critical locations.

Generates basic bills of materials necessary for maintenance tasks related to facilities.

Ensures that all documentation required by company policies is collected for record-keeping purposes.

Executes work in a manner that guarantees the safe and environmentally responsible operation of all assigned equipment.

Ensures compliance with local, company, state, and federal regulations by all employees and contractors.

Maintains regulatory adherence by closely coordinating with the EH&S and Air Quality departments.

Qualifications:

Education:
A high school diploma is mandatory.

Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in construction or relevant production operations is required.

Experience with generating bills of materials, equipment design considerations, supervising third-party contractors, and familiarity with SiteView software is preferred.

Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.

General knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations is essential.

A working understanding of engineering principles is necessary.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, possess mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate strong writing skills is essential.

Dependability and the ability to work overtime when required are crucial.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment are vital.


Self-motivation, a robust work ethic, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while demonstrating cooperative behavior in the workplace are expected.

A desire to automate repetitive tasks and leverage data from various sources to achieve improved outcomes is essential.
