POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role involves overseeing the upkeep and security of various facilities across multiple sites. Responsibilities include acting as a courier when necessary, providing security during evening hours, and being available for weekend shifts. Additional tasks encompass managing bio-hazardous materials, ensuring the safety of the premises, and executing routine maintenance duties. Candidates must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and have the flexibility to work varied hours. Seasonal responsibilities also include snow and ice management during winter months, along with participation in OSHA training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School diploma or GED is mandatory, along with a valid driver's license from New York State and a clean driving record. Candidates should be prepared to undergo a background screening. Experience in fields such as mechanical work, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, or HVAC is advantageous.
