Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation and Planning: Lead the foundational stages of projects.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee the critical path method, updates, and adjustments for any changes or delays.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Ensure timely and precise procurement processes while adhering to bonding requirements.
  • Safety Advocacy: Promote and enforce safety standards within the organization.

  • Professional Relationship Building: Develop and maintain connections with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Team Management: Lead staff, provide constructive feedback, and ensure proper training and development. Make informed decisions regarding hiring and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 to 10+ years in managing construction projects, with comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow management.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore is highly desirable.
