Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and training to staff, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a field related to behavior analysis
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
