Job SummaryThe Moments, a 92-suite memory care community in Lakeville, MN, seeks an experienced Environmental Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, including utilities, life safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and maintain property condition, forecasting repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Purchasing and Budgeting: Manage purchasing activities within budgetary guidelines, overseeing payment of bills per facility practices.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and discipline maintenance and housekeeping staff, scheduling daily workload for timely completion of work orders.

Starting salary: $58,000
