Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Experts: Recruit, train, and develop a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Drive Sales and Guest Satisfaction: Develop and execute sales plans, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe store environment to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Model Guest Service Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Operations: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing inventory, and optimizing store layouts.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
