Job Summary:As a trusted expert, you will evaluate, determine, and recommend the next level of care to improve overall quality of life. This is a hybrid role, combining work from your home office with travel to evaluate patients in your local area, including Seattle, King County, or Kitsap County. Travel expenses, all mileage, and parking will be fully reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and determinations of patients' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
- Develop informed level of care recommendations based on clinical evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and support systems to ensure accurate assessments.
- Stay updated on current regulations and research related to long-term care, mental illness, medical conditions, and geriatrics.
- Utilize technology to efficiently manage and track assessment activities.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience assessing individuals with mental or psychiatric disorders.
- Active unrestricted licensure in Washington in a healthcare or related field.
- Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree program.
- Expertise in assessing and analyzing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
- Knowledge of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements per Federal Regulation 42 CFR, Chapter 483.
