Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical LCSW Manager of Behavioral Health Emergency Services to lead our fast-paced behavioral health emergency services unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and successfully running our unit, providing daily updates to our Clinical LCSW Director of Behavioral Health Emergency Services, and working closely with our team to ensure all safety regulations and policies are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide direct oversight to the behavioral health emergency services unit, performing various and complex clinical exams.
- Supervise a team of social workers, serving as a leader and the face of the Behavioral Health Emergency Services to guarantee each patient treated in our unit receives the safest, cleanest, and high-quality care.
- Hold either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license and be well-versed in any and all clinical equipment utilized within our unit.
- Provide 24/7 coverage of the unit and be easily accessible to offer guidance and subject matter expertise.
- Highlight team strengths, pinpoint weaknesses, and provide necessary training to address any matter.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health emergency services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
