Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Person to join our team at South Coast Winery Resort and Spa. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Meet and greet all guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate employee or location.
  • Communication: Respond to visitors, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Room Preparation: Escort incoming hotel guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in monthly front office meetings.
  • Information Provision: Offer information about available services and facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Errands and Deliveries: Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the courtesy van and golf carts, including washing, cleaning, and fueling.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby remains clean and tidy, including trash, seating areas, front doors, and floors.
Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred. We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
