This job listing is for a Product Sampling Specialist position at Product Connections. In this role, you will be tasked with providing food or beverage samples to customers in retail environments. This position offers a unique chance to work autonomously, foster relationships with store staff, and interact with shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers by highlighting the main features of the products
  • Adhering to food safety regulations during preparation and serving
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives during events
  • Transporting necessary equipment to various locations for events
  • Acquiring a Local Food Handlers and/or Alcohol Permit when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Availability on weekends is preferred, with flexibility for holidays and weekdays
  • Work schedule typically ranges from 5 to 15 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation for transporting equipment
  • Ability to download and utilize our application for work-related tasks
  • Capability to operate appliances safely
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the event (3 to 5 hours)

Work Environment

Expect moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery setting. There may be exposure to cold conditions, food items, and cleaning agents.
