Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws, identifying potential tax savings opportunities.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and research to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members and interns in tax-related matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations that may impact clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)
