Mitsubishi Electric US LLC is seeking a Director, Technology in Suwanee, GA. The Director of Technology plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's technology and architecture.

The Director of Technology will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the IT technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's growth objectives, identifying and incorporating new and emerging technology trends, and establishing metrics to measure technology performance and return on investment.

IT Infrastructure and Operations:

The Director of Technology will oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. This includes managing software across the organization, administering on-prem and cloud-based applications and infrastructure, and ensuring IT service delivery, including systems applications, support services, and 24/7 support.

Change Management:

The Director of Technology will ensure timely delivery of IT projects, including budget adherence and alignment with business objectives. This includes developing and implementing change management processes to support system implementations, engaging with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes, and leading IT teams and functions to support daily operations and achieve project- and strategic-level objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related specialization, and 10+ years of experience in IT and IT management. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in data center management, including hardware and software procurement and management, as well as expertise in major cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

The total compensation package for this position may include a target bonus plan and discretionary awards. Eligible employees may also enroll in a 401(k) plan, participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans, and receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Mitsubishi Electric US LLC is a 50/50 joint venture between Ingersoll Rand plc and Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. The company provides innovative products, systems, and solutions capable of cooling and heating any application from a home to a large commercial building. METUS is a leading marketer of Zoned Comfort Solutions and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air-conditioning and heating technology.
