Position Overview:
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
- Oversee and coordinate activities in various fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.
- Develop detailed project plans to achieve objectives and ensure the integration of technical activities.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, ensuring their professional development.
- Assess technology, resource requirements, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and processes.
- Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Background in data center operations.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- OSHA 30 safety certification.
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, influenced by factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
