About the Job

As a Facilities Coordinator with North Park Lexus of Rio Grande Valley, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean working environment for our employees and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing surfaces and floors, as well as cleaning offices, lunch rooms, refrigerators, sinks, halls, restrooms, and building entrances.
  • You will also be responsible for light dusting throughout the facility and ensuring that customer and employee restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • In addition, you will be expected to empty trash receptacles throughout the dealership and assist with furniture moving for employee functions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include excessive walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to approximately 50 pounds. If you are physically fit and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
