Valley Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Post Surgical Nurse. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients, providing professional nursing care exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They will also provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

With a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, this opportunity offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
