Position SummaryWe are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager (SEAM) who will cultivate robust relationships with corporate security executives and leadership across various regions. This role involves close collaboration with branch offices and corporate support teams to drive key client initiatives.
Note: This position requires daily on-site presence at client headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction through both in-person and virtual engagements.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 35% to 75% of the time, based on client and organizational needs.
- Operational Oversight: Analyze and report on operational metrics and KPIs utilizing Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify and address security risks by developing and implementing security protocols, ongoing training, and response strategies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Financial Management: Oversee the P&L, driving financial performance through budget management, revenue growth, and expense control; formulate strategies to meet financial objectives.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales, marketing, and field leadership to facilitate contract renewals and rebid processes.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field with a minimum of three years of management experience in a high-volume service environment.
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field with five years of management experience in a similar setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least seven years of management experience in a high-volume service environment.
- Experience:
- At least two years of account management experience focused on delivering customer solutions.
- Minimum of two years of experience in driving operational and financial metrics, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
- Skills:
- Proven leadership abilities that promote teamwork, innovation, and effective client relations.
- Strong problem-solving skills that address client and employee needs while ensuring business profitability.
- Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent networking skills with a commitment to safety and trust, actively participating in community and industry events.
- Experience in military, law enforcement, or security services is advantageous.

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
