Position Responsibilities:
If you are willing to learn, Weller will provide training for this position. Responsibilities include:
- Installing major components in manual truck transmissions.
- Inspecting and measuring clutches, gears, and other truck parts.
- Handling various parts and assemblies weighing over 5 lbs.
- Examining threads, pumps, gearing, and other sub-components.
- Utilizing a range of tools from hand tools to impact tools.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
- Standing for 8+ hours per day.
- Frequent walking.
- Hearing protection in certain areas.
- Ability to see fine details during tasks.
- Fine motor skills for handling parts.
- Lifting weights greater than 50 lbs. when necessary.
