  • Production Processes: Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes, including managing customer expectations and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and organize vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient in their work.
