Position Overview

We're seeking a talented and motivated Structural Project Engineer to join our team in Boise. As a key player in our projects, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from initial concept to completion, with the full support of senior management and quality control throughout the process. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment designed to foster professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structural calculations and detailed engineering designs for diverse projects.
  • Manage construction activities and ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
  • Participate in proactive quality control measures, with senior management and QC support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine our processes and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time frame.
  • 3+ years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
