Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering a warm and positive telephone experience to incoming callers. Your contributions will support the Call Center in achieving service level and quality performance goals.

Compensation:
New team members can anticipate starting wages ranging from $19.95 to $23.46 per hour. Based on individual performance, there is potential for advancement on our comprehensive wage scale, which extends up to $26.92 per hour.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation that includes a 10% shift differential.

Requirements:
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
Applicants should possess a foundational level of written and verbal communication skills, computational abilities, and computer literacy typically acquired through a general studies high school program. Familiarity with customer service, call center operations, and patient scheduling processes is essential.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in keyboarding at a speed of 40 wpm and data entry is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with electronic clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling software, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Communication Skills:
Effective communication of complex or technical information to colleagues and others is necessary. Candidates should be able to exercise tact and diplomacy in resolving minor conflicts or disagreements. Proficiency in preparing written communications, such as correspondence and emails, is expected. Bilingual communication in Spanish is a plus.
