Key Responsibilities:- Plan, supervise, and lead projects from initiation through to delivery and support within projects.
- Utilize resources and use formal processes and tools to handle resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements, internal and external collaborators are satisfied, and it meets the project plan's obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes.
- Drive programs of work to deliver new implementations, configuration, and development of improvements and service releases.
- Maintain an accurate project schedule with breakthroughs and contingency buffers.
- Identify project results and supervise them through to acceptance by the customer.
- Ensure risks are identified and recorded with mitigating actions agreed.
- Supervise the forecasted and actual hours/budget for a project delivery, manage any deviations, and supervise progress and tracking based on budget constraints.
- Control meetings by setting out clear agendas and maintaining records of decisions and action points.
- Request resources and maintain resource timelines, update forecasting against allocations.
- At least 5 years in a Technology & Project Management role.
- Experience in Financial Services, e.g., Fintech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution.
- Experience managing technology projects consisting of infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Broad knowledge of capital markets and trading systems.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong customer-facing/engagement skills.
- Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence.
- A highly collaborative working style.
- Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, business administration, or related subject area with proven project management delivery.
