We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food service operations, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure efficient food service delivery, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Food Service Management: Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain a food safety program that ensures the safe handling, preparation, and serving of food.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet the needs of our residents.
- Education: Graduate of a 2 or 4-year Dietary Manager's Program or Registered Dietitian.
- Licensure: Successful completion of the Certified Dietary Manager exam.
- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare food service preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of food service management experience required.
