Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DSV Air & Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our transportation and logistics services to prospective clients, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and revenue targets are achieved.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Identify and target potential customers through cold-calling and prospecting
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up and meetings
  • Collaborate with Operations Team
    • Ensure customer requirements are met through effective communication and coordination
  • Negotiate Contracts and Pricing
    • Determine and negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
  • Manage Sales Pipeline
    • Update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Sales Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Education and Experience
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
