Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of Medications: Safely transport medications to patients in the Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan areas.
  • Prescription Filling: Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
  • Inventory Management: Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies, and verify medication stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Wholesaler Management: Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks related to the department, including data entry and communication with team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician Experience: 6+ months of experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid US driver's license.
  • State Certification: Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of New York (preferred).
