Our Community Health Centers are located in various locations throughout Lane County, providing medical, dental, and behavioral health care to our patients. We are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients and are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral services to patients
  • Conduct consultations, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a mental health field
  • At least two years of experience in a related field
  • State of Oregon Clinical Licensure (e.g. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, etc.)
  • Valid Photo ID
