About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Community Behavioral Health (CBHC) team at Eliot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and supervision to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff in developing interventions and treatment plans
  • Supervise staff in the development of clinical interventions, strength-based strategies, and culturally competent services
  • Ensure that individuals and families are at the center of all care, with interventions developed and delivered in a manner consistent with their preferences
  • Manage the completion of assessments, authorizations, crisis plans, and individual admissions according to agency procedures
  • Supervise staff in providing side-by-side interventions, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior
  • Manage the team in providing ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions
  • Develop and direct the development of treatment plans for each individual, ensuring completion and cultural competence
  • Ensure that treatment goals are realistic, attainable, and promote recovery, with individuals actively involved in their treatment planning process
  • Manage and supervise staff in completing documentation, ensuring it is measurable, observable, objective, and utilizes clinical terms
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LRC, LADCI, RN, PA, APRN, MD, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Strong clinical skills and experience providing supervision to staff working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use
  • Advocacy, communication, and planning/facilitating group skills
