ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary objective of this role is to support the Aquatics Director in ensuring that company standards and best practices are effectively implemented and adhered to, while also meeting financial objectives. The Aquatics Lead will empower team members through training and leadership, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and maintaining clean and safe aquatic facilities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

- Familiarity with American Red Cross standards for teamwork, rescue, and surveillance.
- Proficient swimming skills.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of lifeguarding experience.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
- Experience in scheduling lifeguards and swim lessons is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exemplary customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (including CPR/First Aid/AED for the Professional Rescuer) is required. (Ellis guards must obtain a valid Red Cross Lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire).
- Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Certification is preferred.
- High School diploma is preferred.
- Must possess the physical, visual, and auditory capabilities to perform essential job functions.
