Job Opportunity: Associate Lecturer in Sociology

The Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Curry College is seeking a part-time Associate Lecturer to teach in our undergraduate day program on our Milton campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses on Race and Ethnicity
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Sociology
  • Strong teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to teach during the day at the Milton campus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Canvas LMS
