Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and execute projects to completion, ensuring repeat business and increased share of clients' total spend.
  • Provide consultation to clients on eDiscovery best practices, identifying preferred paths to completing projects and reducing costs.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
  • Develop and implement workflows and standards, driving the development of eDiscovery solutions that meet client needs.
  • Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices, ensuring a high level of expertise and knowledge within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters or JD a plus) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of work experience with at least four years of e-Discovery project management experience.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, and/or a legal consulting firm or eDiscovery provider.
  • Relativity experience required.
  • Excellent eDiscovery skills, with the ability to provide consultation and create client and project solutions that drive the use of technology and workflows.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively transmit information and manage conflicts between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload.
Work Environment

This role will be performed in a typical office environment, requiring the ability to use a computer, communicate over the phone, and read printed material in a quiet and professional setting.
