Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team. As a seasoned electrician and confident leader, you will be responsible for managing complex electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise electrical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and assess the work done by electrical staff, ensuring it meets our high standards and local regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system failures and equipment malfunctions, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and technicians, providing clear instructions and updates on project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume residential electrical field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven management, mentorship, and leadership experience, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technicians.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
