CT Scanner Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technician to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a CT Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Cat Scan equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs in a safe and efficient manner.
- Position patients to produce high-quality images, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Perform related duties, including imaging with and without contrast, and reconstruction and special processing of data.
- Closely observe patients, perform first aid as necessary, and confer with physicians when requested exams appear at odds with the patient's condition.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including pulling jackets, inputting/editing exams, and completion of requisition prior to setting films to be read.
- Texas Medical Board certification as Medical Radiologic Technologist.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to examine radiographs for the purpose of evaluation techniques, positions, and other related qualities.
- Ability to position patient and adjust equipment to produce desired radiographic.
- Skill in safe and efficient operation of Cat Scan equipment.
