We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals in our Chevrolet Buick and Volkswagen dealerships. Your credentials, experience, and excellent customer relations will contribute to the strength of our brand and our dealerships, and the confidence and loyalty of our customers. This is a 100% commissioned position, requiring evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Become an expert on the customer decision-making process.
  2. Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of every model sold in the dealership.
  3. Stay aware of the vehicles currently in inventory to present appropriate options to customers.
  4. Greet, engage, and offer assistance to every unattended guest browsing our showroom.
  5. Enter and maintain contact information about customers in the dealership's prospect/contact system.
  6. Lead customers through the decision-making process.
  7. Identify the automobile needs and desires of each guest and present appropriate vehicles.
  8. Ensure each buyer is given a tour of the dealership, including the service department.
  9. Facilitate the introduction to the Accessories Department for selection of accessories.
  10. Hand off to the Finance Manager for completion of financing paperwork.
  11. Ensure new vehicles are made ready for delivery, including the installation of all accessories.
  12. Familiarize new owners with their new vehicle and make delivery.
  13. Follow up according to the dealership's established practice with every customer engaged.
  14. Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in automobile sales preferred, not required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Skill in building long-term relationships.
  • Discipline and self-motivation.
  • Enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Strong work ethic.
