Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic front-desk support for clinical intake operations
  • Answer patient questions and ensure understanding and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality on matters to which they are privileged
  • Maintain and receive files for area
  • Sort and distribute documents and forms for area section
  • Schedule routine appointments and follow-ups
  • Responsible for patient check-in and check-out
  • Collect and ask patients to sign patient-related documents
  • Scan all necessary documents into the intake system
  • Monitor intake work queue for timely intake completion


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Internet applications
  • Light, accurate keyboarding skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer-based scheduling and appointment programs
