As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a critical role in providing students with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their academic and professional careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement simulation-based learning experiences that align with course objectives and promote student engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with academic partners, faculty, and staff to provide academic support and reinforcement to students throughout their academic program.
  • Assess learning styles, identify strengths, and develop personalized remediation plans to support student success.
  • Support clinical learning lab and simulated patient care learning experiences for students.
  • Facilitate simulation-based experiences, including equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, set-up, and clean-up.
  • Communicate and document student progress to academic leadership and provide feedback to students.
  • Participate in outreach to students with at-risk referrals and provide individual or group tutoring as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Education or Nursing preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring support preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license and BLS CPR certification required.
