Dietitian for Aging Adults

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our participants.

Responsibilities- Nutrition Services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine participant's nutritional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized interventions to improve participant outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement participant plans of care.
- Education and Training
- Counsel and educate participants on healthy eating habits and disease management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Registration as a Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- At least 1 year of experience working with aging adults.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
