  • Preventive Maintenance: Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Engineering Supervisor to carry out necessary preventive maintenance tasks.
  • System Servicing: Aid in the servicing and maintenance of system controls, devices, and various building hardware as directed.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of public areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant education or experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building system schematics.
  • Ability to analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems as required.
