Job Summary:This Registered Nurse position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Possesses knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques and demonstrates ability to apply in support of departmental and patient care quality improvement.
