Position Overview:
EE Cruz is in search of a Construction Safety Advisor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in recognizing and addressing safety risks on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and document safety hazards.
2. Monitor and track safety concerns, providing recommendations for hazard mitigation.
3. Assess the safety equipment requirements for ongoing projects and ensure availability.
4. Participate in safety meetings to discuss equipment needs and safety protocols.
5. Assist in the investigation of incidents, injuries, and safety violations, ensuring thorough reporting and compliance.
6. Provide first aid and emergency response for onsite incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up care.
7. Evaluate subcontractor safety practices and report any non-compliance to management.
8. Stay informed about company values and strategic objectives to align safety practices accordingly.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction sector or safety internships is advantageous.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with construction equipment, methods, and safety protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Developing knowledge of hazard control and elimination techniques.
- Valid Driver's License is necessary.
