Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Learning Project Manager to drive the success of our global learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in implementing Workday Learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive project timelines and deliverables, working closely with the PWC project manager and AP WSLs.

Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Oversee data and content conversion activities, resolving issues and risks as they arise.

Schedule training sessions and work closely with the process owner to provide expert guidance on design decisions.

Participate in design sessions and actively communicate with the AP WSL, including OCM, on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Workday Project Manager and/or other HCM project management experience, preferably with Workday Learning.

Proven track record of executing global and complex projects, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various audiences, including senior management.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
