Key Responsibilities:


As a Plant Facilities Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing a team of System Engineers within the Plant Engineering sector, focusing on energy management, electrical load assessments, and HVAC systems.

Your expertise will be essential in advising on the qualifications necessary for the installation of new utilities equipment, ensuring that appropriate preventive maintenance protocols are established thereafter.

In this position, you will lead and oversee change control processes for project activities, serving as a technical consultant for plant modifications, capital projects, and other identified enhancements, all while adhering to defined specifications, budgetary constraints, and facility qualifications as per approved procedures.

You will be responsible for conducting utilities load evaluations for any new equipment and facility installation or modification projects, providing critical technical insights for projects involving utilities.

Additionally, you will plan and execute plant maintenance strategies, manage engineering resources during plant turnarounds, and oversee annual shutdowns.

Your role will also include reviewing P&ID drawings for the Utilities System and ensuring that engineering documents and drawings are regularly assessed.

It is crucial to notify management promptly regarding regulatory inspections and any significant EHS/GMP deficiencies.

Adherence to applicable EHS requirements is a must, alongside a commitment to fostering a fair and respectful workplace, in alignment with the company's Code of Conduct.

Lastly, you may be assigned additional responsibilities by your supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:


- Minimum of a degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities and Operations
- Project management experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership capabilities, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
