Job Summary

As a CDL Driver at White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC, you will be responsible for making deliveries to customer job sites while adhering to all DOT regulations and safety procedures. This includes loading inventory on the truck and unloading at the customer site, as well as operating trucks to pick up and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to and from organization, supplier, and customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers, which may include assistance with unloading and ensuring delivery of tickets with material.
  • Load truck with daily deliveries and unload product at customer's site.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer service issues and comply with all DOT standards and regulations.
  • Plan routes to and from customers' businesses and adjust for traffic and/or construction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all relevant endorsements required for type of equipment being operated.
  • Two (2) years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
