Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities of the 135 maintenance operations.
- Receive communications from the field regarding aircraft maintenance status.
- Generate and manage Out of Service (OOS) maintenance notifications and updates.
- Coordinate unscheduled maintenance efforts, ensuring timely return of aircraft to service, including managing personnel, parts, tools, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with return to service (RTS) protocols.

Essential Duties:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure accurate documentation in RAMCO.
- Collect and analyze data for FAR part service difficulty reporting (SDR).
- Assist the Director of Maintenance (DOM) in ensuring compliance with EagleMed 135 operations.
- Authorize inspection and overhaul extensions while maintaining accurate logs.
- Collaborate with mechanics and pilots regarding maintenance issues for King Air C90 and Beechcraft B200 aircraft.
- Facilitate troubleshooting of aircraft and engine issues, ensuring appropriate parts are ordered.
- Liaise with Technical Representatives or Engineering services for technical guidance.
- Manage MEL control numbers for deferred maintenance and ensure proper tracking.
- Participate in special projects and assist with records and supply chain tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in fixed wing aircraft maintenance.
- Preferred: Maintenance experience with King Air C90, Beechcraft B200, or similar aircraft.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid A&P certificate or equivalent.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of aircraft, engine, and component records.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
